UKPSC has released the notification on its official website for the recruitment of Combined State Civil Upper Subordinate Service Posts (Uttrakhand PCS pre 2021) against advt. no.  AA-1/E-1/PCS-2021-22.  The UKPSC PCS Recruitment 2021 Notification has been released on 3rd August 2021. UKPSC PCS Salary 2021

After Getting Selected as UKPSC PCS, the Candidate will get a good salary with social respect in society. The UKPSC PCS Salary as mentioned in the notification varies according to post hold. Generally, it is level -10 post having pay band  56100– 177500/-. Some of the posts like Information Officer, Transport Tax Officer is level -7 having pay44900-142400/-. Apart from Basic salary, Selected candidates are entitled to get other benefits, perks & emoluments. 

UKPSC PCS Exam 2021

UKPSC PCS 2021 Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of a written test (Pre and Mains) and a personality test/interview.

UKPSC PCS Exam 2021 Pattern:

Preliminary Exam:

The preliminary examination comprises two papers that is, General Studies and General Aptitude Test. It is an objective type paper where 150 questions will come that need to be completed within 2 hrs. The candidate needs to get a minimum of 33% marks in General Aptitude Test to be considered for the mains exam. Those candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be called for the mains exam.

Mains Exam:

The UKPSC PCS Mains Exam 2021 consist of Seven papers:

• Paper-I: Language
• Paper-II: History of India, National Movement, Society and Culture
• Paper-III: Indian Polity, Social Justice and International Relation
• Paper-IV: Geography of India and World

• Paper-V: Economic and Social Development

• Paper-VI: General Science and Technology
• Paper-VII: General Aptitude and Ethics

The duration for each paper will be of 3 hours. A minimum of 35% Marks is mandatory in Language Paper. The candidates who qualify mains examination will be called for an Interview/personality test.

Interview/Personality Test:

Those candidates who will clear the prelims and mains examination have to be called for an Interview to test the personality of the person. This personality test will be of 200 marks and there are no minimum marks in this stage. The candidate has to ensure their attendance as it is mandatory to attend the interview. The marks of the interview will be included in making a merit list.

UKPSC PCS Admit Card 2021| Exam Date 2021

UKPSC will release Admit card for PCS Exam after completing the process of the online application form. Commission will inform about exam date and Admit Card release date on its official Website. Candidates are advised to visit www.ukpsc.gov.in for the latest update.

UKPSC PCS Result 2021

As soon as the written exam and interview process will be completed, Commission will release UKPSC PCS Result 2021 on its official Website. The Merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the mains examination and interview. The prelims exam is only of screening in nature. Hence the marks of Pre will not be included in the final result.

UKPSC PCS Eligibility and Other Conditions 2021

Educational Qualification–

• Candidates have Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from Recognized University.

Age– Age limit is 21-42 years. The fixed date of age calculation is July 01, 2021. The candidate’s age should be minimum of 21 years as of July 01, 2021, and the maximum age should not be more than 42 years i.e. the candidate was born after 01 July 2000 and Should not be earlier than 02nd July 1979.
