UKPSC APO Salary 2021

After Getting Selected as UKPSC Assistant  Prosecution Officer (APO), the Candidate will get a good salary with asocial respect in society. The UKPSC APO Salary as mentioned in the notification is 44900 – 142400/- Level -7. This is a level -7 govt job which is decent to start a career for any candidate. Apart from Basic salary, Selected candidates are entitled to get emolument and other perks.

UKPSC APO Exam 2021

UKPSC APO 2021 Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of a written test (Pre and Mains) and a personality test/interview.

UKPSC APO Exam 2021 Pattern:

Preliminary Exam:

The preliminary examination comprises two papers that is, General Studies and Law. It is an objective type paper where 100 questions will come that need to be completed within 1.30 hrs. Those candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be called for the mains exam.

Mains Exam:

The UKPSC APO Mains Exam 2021 consist of four papers:

• Paper-I: General Knowledge
• Paper-II: General Hindi
• Paper-III: Law -I (Criminal Law and Procedure with Police Act)
• Paper-IV: Law -II (Evidence Act)

The duration for each paper will be of 3 hours for 100 questions. The candidates who qualify mains examination will be called for an Interview/personality test.

Interview/Personality Test:

Those candidates who will clear the prelims and mains examination have to be called for an Interview to test the personality of the person. This personality test will be of 50 marks and there is no minimum marks in this stage. The candidate has to ensure their attendance as it is mandatory to attend the interview. The marks of the interview will be included in making a merit list.

UKPSC APO  Admit Card 2021| Exam Date 2021

UKPSC will release Admit card for APO after completing the process of the online application form. Commission will inform about exam date and Admit Card release date on its official Website. Candidates are advised to visit www.ukpsc.gov.in for the latest update.

UKPSC APO  Result 2021

As soon as the written exam and interview process will be completed, Commission will release UKPSC APO Result 2021 on its official Website. The Merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the mains examination and interview. The prelims exam is only of screening in nature. Hence the marks of Pre will not be included in the final result.

UKPSC APO Eligibility and Other Conditions 2021

Educational Qualification–Must possesses a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized University.

Preferential Qualification – Preference will be given to those who
(a) has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
(b) Possess ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.

Age– Age limit is 21-42 years. The fixed date of age calculation is July 01, 2021. The candidate’s age should be minimum of 21 years as on July 01, 2021 and the maximum age should not be more than 42 years i.e. the candidate was born after 01 July 2000 and Should not be earlier than 02nd July 1979.

Nationality:- For direct recruitment to a post in the service, it is necessary that a candidate-
(a) is a citizen of India, or
(b) Tibetan refugee who has come before 1st day of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, 
(c) is a person of Indian origin who Immigrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka or any East African country, Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tajnia (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) with the intention of permanent residence in India
Provided that a candidate belonging to category (b) or (c) above should be a person having an Eligibility certificate issued by the state government.

Character:- The character of a candidate for direct recruitment to a post in the service should be such that the appointing authority will give its satisfaction in this regard if it is suitable for employment in Government service.
